At Harbours Vegan Bakery, we believe that vegan treats should be just as delicious and satisfying as their non-vegan counterparts. That's why we put our heart and soul into creating mouthwatering bakes that are 100% plant-based. We are passionate about providing options for everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions.

If you think there's something we can improve on, we want to hear it! We won't be offended as nothing is perfect (well.. other than chocolate).

Kloe Harbour- Owner & Baker

I fell in love with baking as a child, but it was only during lockdown that I was able to really sink my teeth into it and, well, here we are. 4 years later.

I have been vegetarian for around 7 years and vegan since 2019, which is probably where my love of baking really came back to life. Striving to make meals and sweet treats that I can still enjoy- I'm a total foodie and I will not compromise on taste.

I have often found myself baking cakes, cookies, brownies, cheesecakes etc for no reason and so, family, colleagues and friends are my taste testers- none of which are veggie let alone vegan. They all began sniffing things, i assume to detect the healthiness and 'weird ingredients', but after a little bite, they're all diving in and I have been inundated with orders from them all for their own occasions *happy vegan dance*.

Aurora & Sammy Harbour- My Inspiration & motivation

Sammy is my partner in crime and my biggest fan (first to jump at the chance of a taste test, too!). Without his support and enthusiasm for my food I would have never unlocked my baking potential, or taken the leap to invest in myself and this business.

Aurora is my motivation to succeed. The reason behind everything I do and my own mini- cheerleader, hearing "Good job, mama!" after every great cake or failed bake, she's #TeamMAMA whether I win or lose.

Oh.. and we should probably mention, we used to be called Yes Ve-Gan.. because 'We can', but no one got it so, Harbours was born!
